Lionel is a social science enthusiast with a particular interest in issues relating to governance and policy in developing countries. He has worked in the power sector across Africa and the Asia Pacific region, as well as in international trade. He holds an undergraduate degree in political science and economics.
Laura is an economist with experience in international finance and forex negotiation. Her interest in the behavioral science field lies in the observation and experience of non-rational behavior of agents in the markets. She pursued an MSc in behavioral economics to promote the use of behavioral science as a tool for policy intervention in her country Colombia.
Imen is a PhD candidate and policy entrepreneur examining how to improve risk-capability among decision makers. In 2017 she founded Tunisia’s Behavioural Science Design Lab applying evidence-based research from BI on Transitional Justice, Reparation Policy and Climate Change Policy. She is working actively to steer innovation for Public Sector Institutions.
